Felicity Cudjoe holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Modern Montessori International, London, specializing in both the theory and practice of the Montessori method of Education, along with management and entrepreneurial programs. With an impressive thirty-three (33) years of experience in early childhood education, she continually enhances her expertise through targeted training in school management.
Felicity successfully led and managed Dolly Memorial Crèche and Nursery School from September 1990 to May 2017, spanning a remarkable twenty-seven (27) years. Motivated by her ambition to venture into the international school system, she established the primary wing, Dison International School, in September 2013, overseeing its operations until May 2017. In her leadership role, she efficiently managed one hundred and thirty (130) employees and catered to the educational needs of seven hundred (700) children across both schools.
Her proficiency lies in administrative processes, managerial procedures, training and development, guidance and counseling, school start-ups, and preschool consultancy.Driven by her passion for instilling Christian moral values, Felicity envisions her schools as Christian-based institutions that embrace diversity. This commitment is reflected in the school's guiding scripture from
